Nutrition & Portions Explained
350g portion is appropriate for a healthy & active adult.
This is wonderfully traditional meal when served with our roast potatoes and glazed roast parsnip and carrot side.
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>70°C) before serving.
For best results use your microwave oven
From Frozen: Pierce the mcellophane several times. Use defrost setting on your Microwave for at least 10 mins. Check to see if the meat is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the microwave oven at high setting for another minute.
Defrosted: High setting for 3 mins. Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the
microwave oven at high setting for 30/40 seconds.
Conventional Fan Oven:
From Frozen :Pierce the mcellophane several times. Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 20 minutes.
Defrosted : Pierce the cellophane several times. Place in a preheated oven at 220ºC for about 10 minutes.
Store at <-180C If defrosted, refrigerate at <50C & eat within 24hrs
