Fillets of Haddock in Panko

Goujons of fresh Haddock coated in panko breadcrumb and frozen quickly to capture all the goodness. Serve with some of our side dishes for a very tasty, very healthy meal.

200g portion is appropriate for a healthy & active adult with a good appetite.
Serve with a dipping sauce and green leaf salad or a side of our chunky wedges.
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>70ºC) before serving.
For best results shallow fry from frozen or use your conventional fan oven.
From Frozen: Preheat a generous amount of cooking oil in a frying pan over low to medium heat. Fry gently, turning at least once for about 15/18 minutes.
Defrosted: As above but reduce times to 8/10 minutes, turning at least once.
Conventional fan oven:
From Frozen: Preheat the oven at 200ºC. Remove the packaging and place it on a baking tray in the oven and leave it to cook for about 20 minutes turning at least once. Please note this dish contains raw fish.
Defrosted: As above but reduce times to about 15 mins.
From Frozen: Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the packaging and place it in the grill and cook for about 18/20 minutes, turning at least once.
Defrosted: As above but reduce times to 10/15 minutes turning at least once.
Store at <-18ºC If defrosted, refrigerate at <5ºC & eat within 24hrs
