We've prepared our fabulously aromatic Pilau rice to an authentic Indian recipe. It's extra nutritious with diced onion and a collection of Indian spices mixed in. A good healthy accompaniment for our Indian curries and lunch-pots.

Basmati Rice, Onion, Carrot, Cardamom, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Sea Salt

Cooking & Serving Instructions
From Frozen : Puncture the cellophane several times. Use defrost setting on your Microwave for at least 5/7 mins. Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the microwave oven at high setting for another few minutes.
Defrosted : High setting for 2/3 mins. Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the microwave oven at high setting for another few minute.
Puncture the cellophane several times. Preheat your oven to about 180ºC Place the food tray at the center of the oven for about 15/20 minutes. Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the oven for another few minutes.
