Subz Rogan Josh with Tempeh (fermented soya) and mixed peppers flash cooked in aromatic Kashmiri spices.
Rogan Josh, which roughly translates to “red heat,” is a classic dish from Kashmir, which we prepare from scratch. We have gathered all the authentic herbs, spices and fresh ingredients and prepared them according to traditional methods to give you a really healthy and seriously tasty Indian experience. We use our own Indian vegetable stock and we make the coconut yoghurt in our kitchen too.

For best results use your microwave oven
From Frozen : Use defrost setting on your Micro-wave for at least1 15 mins. Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the micro-wave oven at high setting for another few minutes.
Defrosted : High setting for 3 mins. Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the microwave oven at high setting for another few minute.
On the Hob Empty into a saucepan over medium heat . Reheat slowly until piping hot. Add water or vegetable stock if the sauce is drying out.
