Some people like their mash fluffy, some like it very creamy. This is the creamy one. Perfect with our roasted carrot & parsnip

Irish Rooster Potato, Plant Cream, Plant Butter, Sea Salt.

A 200g portion is appropriate for a healthy & active adult with a good appetite or maybe for kids to share.
Serving suggestion
Serve with a dollop of butter and a sprinkle of parsley.
Cooking Instructions
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>70°C) before serving.
Microwave
Puncture the cellophane several times before placing in microwave
From Frozen : Use the Defrost Program or low power for about 10 minutes. Return at high power for 1/2 minutes more to ensure that it is piping hot.
Defrosted : High Setting for about 3/4 minutes
Conventional fan oven
From Frozen: Preheat oven to 200ºC. Pierce the cellophaneseveral times before placing in oven for about 20 mins.
Defrosted:Reduce cooking time to 10 minutes.
Store at <-180C If defrosted, refrigerate at <50C & eat within 24hrs
