Do I need to be at home to accept delivery?
No, you don't have to be at home. We have partnered with An Post to provide you with a complete nationwide delivery service. With this mode it does not matter if you cannot be present to accept your order - you simply give us appropriate instructions and we will do our very best to comply.
How will my order arrive?
Orders are packaged in recyclable boxes with compostible sheep's wool liners. They are dispatched from our kitchen with An Post, to arrive with you the next day. It's best to put the food in the freezer as soon as you can however the packaging keeps the food frozen for 36hrs.
If you are opting for the hand to hand delivery service (our Zone 1 area as per our map ) our own driver will deliver the food to you in a bag.
Can you deliver to my workplace?
Yes we can, just include any specific details in the delivery address section.
When are you able to deliver?
Nationwide delivery: 09:00 - 18:00 Tuesday - Saturday .
Hand to hand delivery: 12:00 - 21:00 Tuesday & Saturday.
Can I include a gift message with my delivery?
Yes. Just leave your request in the Delivery Instructions box on the checkout page , we'll be glad to hand write a note. Note: Kayla's Daddy has great hand writing skills!
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
We deliver Nationwide.
Mode 1 - Hand to hand delivery (within our Zone 1 area as shown on our map ) €5.50
Mode 2 - Delivery nationwide is €10.95 and includes the insulated box.
Questions about Ordering
Is There a minimum order ?
There is a minimum order of €25 & delivery and packaging fees.
Can I buy meals as a gift?
We love this idea.
It's best to check that the recipient has enough room in their freezer to accept the gift and knows to expect delivery so they are home to put the contents into the freezer
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, we can take payments over the phone. You need to be registered on our site to ensure payments are made securely. However if you have any problems ordering please ring us on 01 4045210 or 087 9067766 we would be happy to help.
How much notice do I need to give for an order?
You can place your order by 23.00hrs two days before delivery to be sure of receiving your order on time.
If it is hand to hand delivery within the greater Dublin area (as per our map in the delivery section), it is Tuesdays and Saturdays.
If it is with our delivery partner An Post, for delivery Nationwide, its Tuesdays through to Saturdays.

Questions about Products
Can I reheat the meals straight from the freezer?
Yes, just follow the instructions on the pack but bear in mind that every microwave and conventional oven is different so you may have to adjust accordingly.
How long will the food last for in my freezer?
The best before dates on all our meals are dependent upon storage at -18C or below . The time you can keep our food in your freezer depends on the your freezer's star rating. As a guide -
1 Star = 1 Month
2 Star = 2 Months
3 Stars = 3 Months
Do you have a list of Gluten Free meals?
We have a list of dishes that do not contain wheat products, however you should note the following:
No wheat, nut or dairy products are used in the making of many of our dishes. However they are prepared in a kitchen where these products are stored in an area adjacent so may not be suited to anyone with a Clinically Diagnosed case of Coeliac Disease or other life threatening Allergy. The range of tolerance or reactions to the presence of food allergens varies greatly from person to person. Decisions on the amount of precautions you should take or risks you may expose yourself to, are always best made by you in consultation with your physician.

Questions about packaging.
Is your packing recyclable?
Yes. The cardboard box can be recycled at any cardboard recycling center or doorstep collection. The sheep's wool liner is bio-degradable and can be put in your compostable waste bin.
The food trays unfortunately are not recyclable by but we are working hard to find a solution.
