Partnering with Mary's Meals

We have partnered with Mary's Meals on their ‘Buy One. Feed One’ programme to join the fight against world hunger.

We believe in a world where no one is unsure of where their next meal will come from. As part of the ‘Buy One. Feed One’ programme we have committed to donating 1 meal to children in their place of education in the developing world for every main meal we sell on our site.

The meals we donate are provided to children in 19 countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and the Caribbean through charity Mary’s Meals. Not only do these meals help prevent hunger, but they also encourage children to go to school and receive an education that will hopefully help them escape poverty.

Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, we have seen hunger reach acute levels. Volunteers are saying that they have never before seen such desperation spread so widely around the world. Our effort is therefore more important than ever.

Kayla's Kitchen are incredibly fortunate to have such a loyal customer base. We wanted to enrol in this programme to ensure that as a family first and then a business we are helping to support those less fortunate than us.

Mary's meals are feeding 2,279,941 hungry children every school day. That's an achievement!
