Beef Provençal with Prime Irish Beef
DF / GF / SF / 297 Cal in a 350g Portion / 212 Cal in a 250g Portion
Prime Irish beef is slow-cooked in a rich French style tomato sauce.
This is another classic French dish and we've closely followed Darina Allen's version of it. We marinate Wicklow reared chuck beef for 24 hours and slow cook it for ages before adding more layers of flavour with pureed anchovies, capers and fresh parsley.
