Lovely Irish Free Range Chicken Breast coated in a crunchy panko crumb. Bake slowly in the oven or shallow fry gently on the pan. A great option to have through the summer to serve with fresh salads.

This is a delicious serves with a vegetable side and some green salad.
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>70°C) before serving. Please note this dish contains raw meat.
Remove the food from the pouch before using. For best results use your conventional oven.
From Frozen: Preheat oven to 200ºC. Keep the food in the pouch, put on a baking tray before placing in oven for about 25-30 mins.
If defrosted, reduce cooking time to 15-20 minutes
