These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>70ºC) before serving.
For best results use your conventional oven
Conventional Fan Oven:
From Frozen: Remove the cellophane and place in a preheated oven 180ºC for about 25 mins. Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the oven for another few minutes.
Defrosted: Reduce cooking time to about 15 minutes
From Frozen : Puncture the cellophane cover several times. Place in the Microwave Oven at medium power for about 8 mins. Shake and then return to oven at full power oven for a minute or two.
Defrosted : High Setting for 1 minute, agitate then return for about 1/2 minutes.
