Chili Con Carne
DF / GF / SF /409 Cal in a 350g portion / 292 Cal in a 250g Portion.
Prime Irish minced beef, slow-cooked with black turtle beans and red kidney beans.
We've gone way back to the original Texican style for this one. We take quality minced beef and we make up a brew with premium coffee grinds and our own beef stock. Then we slow cook them together for hours to let them develop into a deep beefy, slightly chocolatey stew before adding our own chili paste made from Mexican oregano, Chipotle, Ancho and green chillies with freshly toasted and ground cumin. Then we add black turtle beans and red kidney beans to make a proper meal of it. We recommend you serve it up with long grain brown rice which you can find in our side dishes.
Minced Irish Beef, Beef Stock (Celery), Filtered Coffee, Red Kidney Beans, Black Turtle Beans, Onions, Green Chilli Peppers, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Ancho Chilli Peppers, Chipotle Chilli Peppers, Mexican Oregano, Cumin Seeds, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.
