Chocolate Brownie with Amareno Cherries & Dark Chocolate Ganache
This chocolate brownie is too good. It's moist and crumbly and the Amarena Cherries are complete flavour bombs. There are candied walnuts and we cover it with a dark chocolate ganache infused with cherry syrup. Serve up with quality vanilla or chocolatey ice cream for a very gorgeous dessert. Just remember this is a once-a-week kind of treat.

This 130g portion is appropriate for a healthy & active adult but also perfect to share.
Delicious slightly warmed and served with some vanilla ice cream.
For best results allow to defrost at room temperature and warm just a little bit.
Preheat oven to 80ºC. Puncture the cellophane several times before placing in oven for about 10/15 mins. Defrosted: reduce heating time to 5/10 minutes or until the product is warmed through.
