This is our Christmas take on the nutloaf. We combine roasted chestnuts and cranberries with sauteed veg and a big mix of nuts and give it all a light roast. We've made them into little loaves so they are great individually as starters or all together as the feature in a main meal. Suitable for Vegans and free of almost all allergens, except nuts of course.
