These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>70ºC) before serving. For best results use your conventional oven to gently reheat
For best results use your Microwave oven
Microwave Oven Puncture the cellophane several times before placing in microwave. From Frozen: Use the Defrost Program or low power for about 3/4 minutes. Check that the product is fully defrosted and if needed, return for another 30s/1min. Defrosted: Medium Setting for about 45s/1min. or until the product is warmed through.
Conventional Fan Oven Preheat oven to 175ºC. Puncture the cellophane several times before placing in oven for about 15/20 mins. Defrosted: reduce heating time to 15 minutes or until the product is warmed through.
