Irish minced beef slow-cooked and topped with Maris piper potato mash.
Cottage Pie made with quality Irish minced beef, our own handmade beef stock and lots of fresh vegetables. We slow cook the beef sauce for hours until the beef is rich in flavour, then we top it off with our fluffy potato mash made with Irish Rooster potatoes.
Ingredients
Minced Irish Beef, Beef Stock (Celery), Carrots, Turnip, Onion, Celery, Gluten Free Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Worcestershire Sauce (Fish), Black pepper, Sea Salt, Bay Leaf, ThymePotato Topping: Rooster Potato, Plant Cream , Sea Salt.

Serving suggestion
This is a perfect all in one dish, although we like to steam some broccoli with it.
Cooking Instructions
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>75ºC) before serving.
For best results use your conventional oven.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 175ºC. Remove film. Place in oven for about 45 mins. If defrosted, reduce cooking time to 25 minutes.
Storage:
Store at <-18ºC If defrosted, refrigerate at <5ºC & eat within 24hrs
