Indian Butternut and Chickpea with Baby Spinach
GF / DF / SF / 260 Cal in a 400g portion
We've worked with an authentic North Indian base of Garam Masala spice mix, fresh ginger, mint and coriander to give you a one pot with a rich and deep flavour. We've added chunks of fresh butternut and organic chickpeas and fistfuls of fresh baby spinach to make it a really wholesome dish. And to add the finishing touch, we add in Thalipu which we make ourselves in the kitchen. This is a great dish for pregnant mothers too, as chickpeas are a fantastic source of proteins, vitamins, and minerals, particularly iron and folate.
