Wicklow beef and free-range Irish pork with parmesan and toasted fennel seed.
Quality chuck minced beef prepared to an authentic Italian recipe and served up in a handmade plum tomato sauce. It's interesting to note that Italians rarely if ever serve their meatballs on spaghetti at home, only in restaurants for tourists.
