This 200g portion is appropriate for a healthy & active adult with a good appetite or maybe for two kids to share.
Brown rice has more fiber and antioxidants, as well as more vitamins and minerals than white rice.
Serving suggestion
Serve with any of our curries or one pots for a healthier option. We think the brown rice is tastier especailly because we have cooked it in our own stock.
