We've also puts lots of garden peas in there so you get some vitamins and minerals as well.

350g portion is appropriate for a healthy & active adult with a good appetite or maybe for two lighter eaters to share.

From Frozen : Remove the cover and place the tray in preheated oven at 180°C for at least 25-30 mins. or until the pasta and sauce is piping hot all the way through.
Defrosted: Reduce cooking time to about 20 minutes.
Store at <-18ºC
If defrosted, refrigerate at <5°C & eat within 24hrs
