Mediterranean Flavoured Couscous

We've prepared some quality couscous in our own vegetable stock, flavoured with paprika, tomato, and caraway. An excellent side with many of our main dishes. You can also use it as a base for your own salad.
Couscous (Wheat), Vegetable Stock (Celery), Olive Oil, Baby Plum Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Garlic, Sweet Paprika, Caraway Seed, Sea Salt.

This 200g portion is appropriate for a healthy & active adult with a good appetite or for two lighter eaters to share.
Couscous is a healthy, versatile side that you can serve with anything from roasted vegetables to chicken to lamb. You can add pine nuts and dried raisins for a yummy side salad.
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>70°C) before serving.
For best results use your microwave oven
From Frozen : Puncture the cellophane several times. Use defrost setting on your Microwave for at least 8 mins. Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the microwave oven at high setting for another few minutes.
Defrosted : High setting for 2 mins. Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the
microwave oven at high setting for another few minute.
*As many of our dishes as possible are made without the most common allergens, for instance we use corn flour instead of wheat flour in our sauces. While we make dishes that are wheat, nut and dairy free, we do handle these products in our Kitchen.
