Cooking & Serving Instructions
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>70°C) before serving.
For best results use your microwave oven
Microwave
From Frozen : Puncture the cellophane several times. Use defrost setting on your Microwave for at least 5/7 mins. Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the microwave oven at high setting for another few minutes.
Defrosted : High setting for 2/3 mins. Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the microwave oven at high setting for another few minutes.
Conventional fan oven
Puncture the cellophane several times. Preheat your oven to about 180ºC Place the food tray at the center of the oven for about 15/20 miutes.
Check to see if it is piping hot at the centre. If not, return to the oven for another few minutes.
Store at <-180C If defrosted, refrigerate at <50C & eat within 24hrs
