Oven Roasted Maris Piper Potatoes

Maris Piper potatoes are parboiled to soften up the outer edges, dunked in suet that we make ourselves, and then roasted until they are golden crunchy. The perfect thing to serve with Christmas dinner!

This 200g portion is appropriate for a healthy & active adult with a good appetite or maybe for kids to share.
Perfect accompanying any of our main dishes. You could drizzel a little oil or butter towards the end of reheating them.
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>70°C) before serving.
For best results use your conventional oven
Conventional fan oven
Preheat oven to 200ºC. Puncture the cellophane several times before placing in oven for about 30 mins.
If defrosted, reduce cooking time to 20 minutes.

From Frozen : Use the Defrost Program or low power for about 10 minutes, then return at high power for 1/2 minutes more to ensure that the potato is piping hot.
Defrosted : High Setting for about 3/4 minutes
Store at <-180C If defrosted, refrigerate at <50C & eat within 24hrs
