Preheat oven to 200ºC. Puncture the cellophane several times before placing it in the oven for about 25 mins. If defrosted, reduce cooking time to 15/18 minutes.

From Frozen: Use the Defrost Program or low power for about 10 minutes. Check contents and, if necessary, return at high power for 1/2 minutes more to ensure that the potato is piping hot
Store at <-18°C If defrosted, refrigerate at <5°C & eat within 24hrs
