Thai Fish Cakes with fresh trout, red chili, and green beans.
Gorgeous fish cakes made to the true Thai method. We use fresh Trout (the closest we have to the type of fish used in Thailand) and Green Beans spiced up with our own handmade Thai Red Curry paste. Try serving them on a bed of fresh green leaf.

2 x 150g portion is appropriate for a healthy & active adult with a good appetite or two light eaters to share.
Perfect as a starter between two or served as a main meal on bed of fresh green leaf.
Cooking & Serving Instructions
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>70ºC) before serving.
For best results use your conventional fan oven and cook from frozen.
Conventional fan oven:
From Frozen: Preheat the oven at 200ºC. Remove the packaging and place on an baking tray in the oven and leave to reheat cook for about 25 minutes turning at least once.
Defrosted : As above but reduce time to 15 mins.
From Frozen : Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the fishcakes in the grill and cook for about 18/20 minutes, turning at least once.
Defrosted : As above but reduce times to 10/15 minutes turning at least once.
From Frozen : Preheat a generous amount of cooking oil in a frying pan over low to medium heat. Fry gently, turning at leat once for about 15/18 minutes.
Defrosted : As above but reduce times to 8/10 minutes, turning at least once.
Store at <-18ºC If defrosted, refrigerate at <5ºC & eat within 24hrs
