Thai Yellow Curry with panfried Fillet of Hake

We prepare all our Thai curry pastes and sauces ourselves using the freshest authentic ingredients. For our Thai Yellow Curry with Fillet of Hake, we pan-fry the fish before combining them with a creamy sauce of coconut milk, onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and coriander and freshly poached green beans. The result is not just truly tasty, but also really nutritious and packed full of vitamins, minerals and fibre.
Thai curries range in terms of Spiciness from Hot to Mild as follows; Green (Spiciest), Red, Yellow, Penang, Massaman (Mildest). So our Thai Yellow Curries have a pleasant heat but will not have you trying to eat ice cubes.

Fresh Hake (Fish), Coconut Milk, Onions, Green Beans, Lime juice, Coconut palm sugar, Fish Sauce (Fish), Turmeric, Ginger, Galangal, Red chilli peppers, Garlic, Coriander, Lemongrass, Coriander Seeds, Tamarind, Cumin seeds, Vegetable Oil, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.

350g portion is appropriate for a healthy & active adult with a good appetite or maybe for two lighter eaters to share.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with rice, a sprinkle of coriander and a dash of lime.
Cooking Instructions
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a different set of power ratings. Adjust accordingly. Make sure your food is piping hot (>70ºC) before serving.
For best results use your Microwave oven
Microwave:
Puncture the cellophane several times before placing it in the microwave
From Frozen: Use the Defrost Program or low power for about 12 minutes. Shake or stir the contents and then return at high power for 2/3 minutes more to ensure that it is piping hot.
Defrosted: High Setting for about 3/4 minutes
Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Puncture the cellophane several times before placing it in the oven for about 30 mins. If defrosted, reduce cooking time to 20 minutes.
Storage:
Store at <-18ºC If defrosted, refrigerate at <5ºC & eat within 24hrs
