Vegan Chilli

Regular price €5.95

GF / DF / V /   284 cal in a 400g portion

A spicy chilli stew made with crumbled Tempeh,  Kidney Beans and Black Turtle Beans.

We've gone way back to the original Texicano Chilli Con Carne for inspiration for our Vegan Chilli. We crumble nutritious fresh Tempeh and we make up a brew with premium coffee grinds and our own special vegetable stock. Then we slow cook them together for hours to let them develop into a deep slightly chocolatey stew. Then we add black turtle beans and kidney beans and carrot to make a proper meal of it. We recommend you serve it up with Long Grain Brown Rice which you can find in our side dishes

Ingredients

Tempeh (Soya), Vegetable Stock by Kayla's Kitchen(Celery), Filtered Coffee, Red Kidney Beans, Black Turtle Beans, Carrot, Onion, Green Chilli Pepper, Brown Sugar, Garlic,  Ancho Chilli Peppers, Chipotle Chilli Peppers, Mexican Oregano, Cumin Seeds, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.

For Allergens, see items in bold.
